Phinet: PHI Network |
| Phinet is aimed at analyzing molecular networks responsible for pathogen-host interactions. Phinet data are mainly derived from the MINetML XML database extracted through web service, other curated databases (e.g., KEGG), and local manual annotation based on literature curation. We have also developed a new visualization program to dynamically display Phinet information as seen below.

Statisitcs: The Phinet module stores 21 pathogens.
Provenance: The data in Phinet are originally extracted from the VBI MiNet project via the VBI MiNet web service and the KEGG pathway database, or manually curated from peer-reviewed literature by the PHIDIAS curation team.
